By installing and using any Ecombone application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "you", "your") and Aurah Commerce LLC ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all Ecombone applications, including Ecombone Returns & Exchanges, Ecombone Warranty Claims, Ecombone Inventory Manager, Ecombone Profit Tracker, and any future applications published under the Ecombone brand.

Authentication is handled exclusively through Shopify OAuth for store administrators. By installing any app, you grant us access to your Shopify store data as specified in our Privacy Policy. Some apps also support team member accounts with email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify admin account and all team member accounts, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Each Ecombone application is provided on its own independent subscription. Pricing tiers vary by app but generally follow this structure:
Charges are processed through Shopify's billing system. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Some plans include usage-based overage billing (e.g., per-return or per-claim charges beyond plan limits). Overage charges appear as Shopify Usage Charges. Each app is billed independently — installing multiple Ecombone apps results in separate subscriptions.
Our refund policy is as follows:
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users on paid plans. Your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. Free trials apply independently per app.
You may use the Services for their intended business purposes, customize branding and settings, export your data, and integrate with your Shopify store. You may NOT:
We enforce rate limits across all apps to ensure service stability. Specific limits vary by app and endpoint. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
Certain Ecombone apps operate in a read-only mode with respect to your Shopify store. Specifically, Ecombone Inventory Manager never writes to or modifies your Shopify store data — it only reads products, inventory levels, and order history. All inventory management data (purchase orders, forecasts, supplier info) is stored in our own database. Apps that do write to Shopify (e.g., Returns & Exchanges creating refunds, Warranty Claims creating replacement orders) will always do so only as a direct result of explicit merchant actions within the app.
The Services, including all software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by Aurah Commerce LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your store data, branding assets, customer data, and operational records. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services during your subscription period.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to this collection and processing. You represent and warrant that you have the right to share customer data with us, you have obtained necessary consents from customers, and you comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is 100% secure.
You may request a full export of your data (in CSV or JSON format) at any time by contacting info@ecombone.com. Upon uninstallation of any app, we will:
We target 99.9% uptime as a goal, not a guarantee. No service credits or remedies are offered for downtime. The Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (with advance notice), Shopify API downtime, force majeure events, or security incidents. Support levels vary by plan:
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURAH COMMERCE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ERRORS IN REFUND PROCESSING, ORDER CREATION, INVENTORY FORECASTING, OR PROFIT CALCULATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurah Commerce LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You must comply with Shopify's Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, API Terms of Service, and all applicable Shopify policies. Aurah Commerce LLC is an independent third party. Shopify is not responsible for the Services, and any disputes should be directed to us, not Shopify.
You may terminate any app's subscription at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Termination takes effect immediately, and no refunds will be provided. Uninstalling one Ecombone app does not affect your subscriptions to other Ecombone apps. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms, your payment fails, you engage in prohibited conduct, or as required by law or Shopify. Upon termination, your access to the terminated Service ends immediately, outstanding charges remain due, the data deletion process begins (30 days), and provisions that should survive (liability, indemnification, etc.) remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, change pricing with 30 days notice, update technical requirements, launch new apps under the Ecombone brand, and deprecate old API versions. We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email to your store address, in-app notification, and an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, United States, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations. Small claims court and intellectual property disputes may be brought in any competent court.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurah Commerce LLC. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliate. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are written in English; any translations are for convenience only.
